Eric Kraus

Eric Kraus, Principal of Kimball Road Strategies, has handled every facet of public affairs, public relations, and communications over his 30-year career. Prior to establishing his own practice, Eric was the chief communications officer for The Gillette Company, Covidien, Bacardi, and Clean Harbors where he was at the helm of global corporate communications, corporate marketing, government affairs, stakeholder management, corporate social responsibility and crisis communications. He has a proven track record of significant accomplishments and business impact. Eric continues to provide counsel and support to CEOs and members of executive management teams across multiple industries.

Lisa Ryan is an executive recruiter in the communications industry and was most recently a Client Partner at Heyman Associates. Over her three decades at the firm, she led hundreds of successful executive searches in corporate communications, public relations, marketing communications, branding, and public affairs for blue-chip clients, including Fortune 500 corporations and nonprofit organizations across all industries, including academic institutions. Lisa is particularly skilled at finding the right chemistry between the candidate and the organization.
